5 signs: You should start exercising

Lot of times, its difficult to tell if you really are gaining too much unwanted weight – not because you can’t see it, maybe because you choose to ignore it; you are in denial stage; your bf keeps telling you that you have not put on weight. So if the following happens to you, thats when you know that you indeed need to start exercising, even if you hate exercising!

1. Your weighing scale’s hand keep moving towards the right

2. Your loosest skirt fit you perfectly and your previous perfect-fit skirt don’t

3. Your cheeks are fuller, so that you can make a ball out of your cheeks even when you are not smiling

4. Your friends/random people have started telling you that you have put on weight.

5. Your mum tells you that you should start going to gym – My mum thinks I am perfect, so I was shocked when she suggested that I should go to the gym!

I have registered at Fitness First, tomorrow is my first session. Plan is to loose 6 kilos! 😦

  2. 0.1 I think, Its a shame! I am going to the gym 3 times a week and then I went wakeboarding this Saturday; I don’t know why I am not loosing any wt 😦 ooh! Wakeboarding was fun! 😀
